Brisket
INGREDIENTS:
1 beef brisket – ingredients vary based on weight
1 tablespoon pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cloves ground garlic
PREPARATION:
Mix pepper, soy sauce and garlic together and marinate meat. With knife, puncture meat so mixture penetrates or use a cooking syringe to inject. Cover with aluminum foil. Place in oven and let it cook at 200 degrees for about 6 hours. Check every hour.
