Chocolate Pillows

  • 2 8 ounce bars Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, room temp
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box Pillsbury® Pie Crust, room temp
  • 26 pieces of Dove® or Hershey's® milk chocolates
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Flour for dusting and rolling crusts
In a bowl, mix the sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Sprinkle some flour and roll out one of the pie crusts. Cut out 2 3/4 inch squares. Take one piece of chocolate and place at an angle on each square. Place about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture on top of each chocolate. Fold the corners to meet at the top. Brush each one with a little melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes. Let them cool for about 20 minutes.
