Maria Cookie Lime Pie

1 can of Carnation® evaporated milk
1 can of La Lechera®
6 limes
1 box of Maria cookies
Fruit or mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Rubber bowl scraper
Glass container (any container is fine, but glass makes it look nicer)


In the blender, combine the can of evaporated milk, the can of La Lechera, and the juice of six limes. (Make sure you don't get any seeds in there.) Blend until you have a smooth, creamy consistency. In your glass container, put down a layer of Maria cookies to cover the base. Pour in enough of the creamy mix, with the help of the rubber bowl scraper, to cover the first layer of cookies and smooth it out (thickness depends on how you would like it). Continue to layer in the cookies and creamy mix until you're done. Once you're done, you can decorate the top of your dessert however you'd like. Put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes to an hour. Enjoy!
