Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken OR 1 10-ounce can chunk chicken
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup homemade buffalo sauce (or bottled)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese + ½ cup for topping
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except last ½ cup of shredded Cheddar cheese. Pour into a medium baking dish. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup of shredded Cheddar cheese on top of dip. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with baguette bread or celery.
