Shrimp Sriracha Cilantro Pasta

Ingredients
  • 1 pound of medium shrimp, peeled
  • 1 pound of pasta
  • 3 limes
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • Tony Chachere's® Seasoning
  • 3 to 5 tablespoons of Sriracha
  • Olive oil

Heat olive oil and minced garlic in a large pan using medium heat. Season the shrimp and toss into pan, turning them after 4 to 5 minutes. Set large pot of water to boil. Turn the shrimp again and this time add the Sriracha while lowering the heat to a simmer. Once pasta is done, drain the water, keeping about 1 cup of the same water. Toss the shrimp, cilantro into large pot with the pasta. Squeeze the limes into the pot and mix all ingredients together. Enjoy!
